Electric Londonland
In London today, the Tanfield Group, owner of Smith Electric Vehicles, is launching a Transit van-type commercial electric vehicle that is fully battery powered and could revolutionize the way goods are transported in our city centres.
Manufactured in the UK, the makers claim this zero emission vehicle will not only help reduce vehicle pollution and improve air quality in cities, but is actually cheaper to run than the diesel equivalent.
The vehicle is due to go into production early next year with a complete AP Braking system.
